This position is dedicated to delivering an industry-leading client service experience, both in person and over the phone. The core mission involves developing and expanding relationships with new and existing clients by providing tailored financial solutions. Through consultative conversations, you will identify client needs and refer complex financial goals to internal specialists to drive business growth. While the focus is on relationship building and sales, you will also be cross-trained to perform essential teller duties as needed to ensure seamless branch operations.

Associate's degree or higher. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to respond in a professional manner with a high level of service quality. Experience with discussing, recommending and selling various deposit, credit and retirement products to consumer and small business clients. Demonstrated ability in meeting or exceeding sales goals. General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures.
Skills: English, Microsoft Office, Safe, NMLS.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent education required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
