About the Role

We are hiring immediately for a Full-Time Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Augusta. In this role, you will coordinate activities for residents of care and treatment facilities, assessing client needs to design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs. You will be the frontline partner in reinforcing appropriate client behavior and skills across residential, community, and day/vocational settings using direct feedback, role-playing, and behavior modification techniques.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of clinical and logistical responsibilities. You will conduct skill training, cognitive remediation, and job coaching while maintaining accurate client records and preparing clinical documentation. A key part of your day will be arranging and transporting clients to planned community activities and assisting in the planning and evaluation of social, emotional, and recreational programs. You will also collaborate with supervisors to ensure adequate direct care coverage and participate in a rotational on-call program for emergency coverage and crisis intervention.

This position requires a hybrid schedule of Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with the ability to travel to Augusta a couple of days a week.
