About the Role
We are seeking a local contract Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Franklin, New Hampshire. This position primarily provides outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. The role offers the flexibility to work in a patient's private residence, an assisted living facility, or an independent living facility.
Client Rehabilitation To You allows the Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment—their home. You will organize and provide speech-language services to facilitate rehabilitation, directing patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Your focus will be on facilitating the learning of skills essential for communication and swallowing, diminishing or remediating disorders or deficits, and promoting health within the scope of practice and consistent with the profession's Code of Ethics.
