About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. Working with Client Rehabilitation To You, you will evaluate and treat patients in their most functional environment—whether that be a private residence, an assisted living facility, or an independent living facility.
You will organize and provide speech-language services to facilitate rehabilitation, directing patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Your focus will be on facilitating the learning of skills essential for communication and swallowing, diminishing or remediating disorders and deficits. This role promotes and maintains health within the scope of practice and consistent with the Code of Ethics of the profession, offering a flexible schedule and work environment across various settings.

- check_circleSupervise CFYs, students, and support personnel per licensure requirements
Requirements
