About the Role

The University Registrar serves as a strategic leader responsible for modernizing and managing the institution's academic records, related systems, and student experience. This role drives the strategic use of technology and process innovation to improve accuracy, efficiency, academic advising, and student success. The Registrar ensures the integrity of academic records while championing user-centered, technology-enhanced services that support students from enrollment through graduation. You will lead the digital transformation of registrar operations, emphasizing a student-first mindset to reduce friction and create seamless user experiences. As a functional lead for the student information system, you will collaborate with senior leadership on enrollment planning, academic policy, and student success initiatives, ensuring the university remains a dynamic institution committed to its Catholic Liberal Arts mission.
