Life Care Centers of America facilities operate as Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) providing long-term care, short-term sub-acute rehabilitation, and collaborative care through an interdisciplinary team approach. As an Occupational Therapist, you will join a supportive, patient-centered environment where you help patients achieve functional progress and improve their quality of life.
You will provide direct rehab care to patients upon physician referral, working alongside nursing, therapy, and medical staff to support a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs. This role is ideal for new graduates or experienced professionals seeking to contribute to a team that values superior quality and compassionate daily assistance.
