About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital leader within the Facility, ensuring the delivery of the best possible patient care. You will direct the nursing staff during your shift and assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and supervising the Nursing Services Department.

Your day will involve supervising nursing services in strict accordance with the Nursing Practice Act, Facility policies, and local, state, and federal regulations. You will actively support nurses during acute patient episodes and address employee concerns on a timely basis, documenting all actions as required. This position requires a genuine interest in geriatric nursing and the ability to maintain high standards of care while adhering to all personnel and departmental policies.
