About the Role
Christiana Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Intermediate Step-Down Unit (4D). This 35-bed inpatient unit provides a higher level of care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients requiring nursing interventions every 2 to 4 hours. As a Midnights team member, you will play a critical role in managing complex patient needs during the overnight shift.
