About the Role
This position is dedicated to providing quality direct patient care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. You will perform duties in alignment with the organization's mission and policies, ensuring compliance with performance improvement plans and regulatory agencies such as The Joint Commission.
In this role, you will support the Nurse Manager in managing and coordinating clinical operations. Your focus will be on fostering a positive, interactive team environment while ensuring all aspects of documentation, care planning, and patient care delivery meet strict regulatory requirements. You will also facilitate an optimal environment to support the orientation and competency validation of team members, ensuring high standards of care for stroke patients and those with dysphagia.
