About the Role
The Weekend Manager (RN Supervisor) serves as a vital member of the Life Care Post Falls Leadership Team. In this position, you will coordinate patient care and services, promoting quality care through a collaborative process that monitors and evaluates services according to the specific needs of our residents. You will work closely with patients and their families, ensuring all care aligns with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Day in the Life
As the Weekend Manager, you will manage, coordinate, and provide patient care through direct interpersonal contact, helping residents attain or maintain their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Your day involves directing licensed staff and CNAs to prioritize care needs and reporting requirements, while assessing patient needs to develop comprehensive plans of care. You will function productively on an interdisciplinary team, exhibiting excellent customer service and a positive attitude. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting in patient evacuations and maintaining the safety and sanitation of the facility.
