About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This full-time, night shift position (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) is designed for recent nursing graduates ready to launch their careers in a supportive environment.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with physicians and a dedicated preceptor to implement comprehensive assessment plans and care strategies for our diverse patient population. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting systematic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, and functional needs, and translating that data into detailed nursing care plans. You will serve as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team, participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals while ensuring all medical documentation is accurate and timely.

Hiring Process
