About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital - Morgantown, located inside Mon Health on the 4th Floor. This role is central to helping patients during some of the most vulnerable, painful moments of their lives by providing compassionate, excellent treatment every step of the way.

In this position, you will work in collaboration with physicians and a dedicated preceptor to implement assessment plans, evaluate patient progress, and manage the follow-up of care plans. You will initiate ongoing systematic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs, interpreting this data to develop comprehensive nursing care plans that include problem identification, interventions, and discharge planning. As a productive member of the interdisciplinary team, you will participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals, ensuring all medical records are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.

Hiring Process and Application

Applicants may apply before being licensed; however, a valid state RN license is required upon the start date. The role is an ongoing staff position with flexible scheduling available for days or nights. A sign-on bonus of $20,000 is available for qualified candidates.
