About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate to join our Long Term Acute Care team in Evansville, Indiana. This is a full-time position offering 12-hour shifts with both day and night options available.
As a new graduate, you will partner with physicians and dedicated preceptors to implement assessment plans and evaluate the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and their families. You will interpret assessment data to develop comprehensive nursing care plans, including problem identification, interventions, and discharge planning. Additionally, you will participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation goals, ensuring all medical records are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.

Hiring Process and Application
Applicants may apply before obtaining their license; however, a valid State RN License is required upon the start date. A competitive sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available for this role.
