About the Role

Registered Nurses (RNs) play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment to patients during some of the most vulnerable and painful moments of their lives. In this Long Term Acute Care position at our Evansville, Indiana facility, you will partner with a team of over 44,000 committed professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. The role involves receiving admissions and transfers, conducting systematic patient assessments, interpreting diagnostic data, and ensuring medical orders are processed accurately. You will also be responsible for instructing and counseling patients and families, as well as maintaining competence in Rapid Response and code events.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess a valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required at the time of hire, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Clinical experience is preferred.
