About the Role
This position serves as the expert on clinic quality initiatives, guiding the department to improve clinical effectiveness and ensure compliance with state operations and national evidence-based indicators. You will act as the primary liaison for all ambulatory quality matters within the system, working at the intersection of clinical care, data integrity, and regulatory standards.
In this role, you will lead quality improvement initiatives across ambulatory settings, collaborating with vendors, IT, fiscal teams, and medical records to ensure accurate data abstraction and submission. Your day-to-day involves conducting quality reviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, developing process strategies, and creating the necessary tools for staff compliance. You will also drive education and outreach, partnering with organizational leadership, staff, and physicians to implement best practices and federal or state quality projects.
