About the Role

This position serves as the expert on clinic quality initiatives, guiding the department in improving clinical effectiveness and ensuring compliance with state operations and national evidence-based indicators. You will act as the liaison to the system regarding all ambulatory quality matters, staying current on changes at the national and state levels.

In this role, you will lead quality improvement initiatives across ambulatory settings, working closely with organizational leadership, staff, and physicians to educate on federal and state quality projects. Your day-to-day involves coordinating submission plans with IT, fiscal, and medical records teams, and collaborating with vendors to ensure data is accurately abstracted and submitted. You will conduct quality reviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, developing process strategies and necessary tools for staff compliance. Additionally, you will participate in validation processes to measure the success of implemented changes and ensure all submission timelines and validation scores meet national requirements.
