About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in our Operating Room, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary surgical team. Your role involves providing high-quality, hands-on care to patients before, during, and after procedures. You will develop comprehensive nursing diagnoses and care plans, coordinating closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include delivering physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families. You will teach patients and families about their conditions, medications, and self-care skills, while continuously evaluating care outcomes and adjusting plans as needed. Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to strict infection-control policies and safety regulations is central to your work.
