About the Role
Located at Avera Oahe Manor, this Registered Nurse position is designed for those who want to work where they matter. You will deliver comprehensive nursing care by developing nursing diagnoses, establishing care objectives, and defining interventions. Your day will involve providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends, helping them understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
In this role, you will coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers while directing the workflow of nursing assistants and other nursing personnel. You will maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to infection-control policies, medication administration procedures, and legal regulations. Additionally, you will ensure resident care equipment is operational and supplies are stocked, while continuously evaluating care outcomes and modifying plans as needed.
