About the Role

As a Registered Nurse on our Night Shift, you will be the backbone of our care delivery during the 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM window. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced, compassionate environment where clinical expertise meets emotional support. You will develop comprehensive nursing diagnoses and care plans, providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends. Your day-to-day involves coordinating with physicians and the broader healthcare team to ensure seamless care, teaching residents and families about self-care skills, and maintaining a safe, secure environment through strict adherence to infection-control policies and safety regulations.
