We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and deliver the highest quality nursing care. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care, assessments, and evaluations within your scope of practice. You will be responsible for developing nursing diagnoses, establishing care objectives, and defining interventions that address the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of our residents.\n Your day-to-day involves reviewing physician prescriptions, coordinating with the healthcare team, and teaching residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care skills. You will also direct the workflow of nursing assistants, maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to infection-control policies, and ensure the readiness of care equipment and supplies.
