About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Avera, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, delivering comprehensive support that addresses physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs. Your role involves developing precise nursing diagnoses and care objectives while collaborating closely with physicians and the broader healthcare team to coordinate treatment plans.
In this position, you will not only manage patient conditions and medications but also serve as an educator, guiding patients and their families through self-care skills and treatment expectations. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by adhering to strict infection-control policies, medication protocols, and legal regulations. From documenting care services to ensuring equipment is functioning properly, your daily work ensures that patients receive the highest standard of care in a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Requirements
