About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Avera Behavioral Health Center, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care that addresses the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients, families, and friends. You will serve as a vital link in the healthcare team, developing nursing diagnoses and care plans while coordinating with physicians and other providers. Your day will involve reviewing prescriptions, educating patients on self-care and medications, and monitoring changing conditions to adjust care objectives. You will also maintain a safe, secure environment by adhering to infection-control policies and managing patient care equipment and supplies.

Requirements
