About the Role

This Registered Nurse position is designed to deliver comprehensive nursing care within a rotating shift environment that includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role exists to ensure patients and their families receive physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support throughout their care journey.

In this position, you will develop nursing diagnoses and care objectives, coordinating closely with physicians and the broader healthcare team. Your day involves reviewing physician prescriptions, examining patients, and documenting physical conditions and social factors. You will teach patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care skills, while continuously evaluating care outcomes and modifying plans as patient needs change. Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to infection-control policies and legal regulations is central to your daily responsibilities.
