About the Role
This Registered Nurse position is designed for dynamic professionals who want to impact lives daily by working with behavioral health conditions. You will float across all Behavioral Health Inpatient units, The Link, BHS Urgent Care, and the Behavioral Health Adolescent Addiction Unit. This variety offers the unique opportunity to experience different inpatient settings and collaborate with staff from many areas.
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care by developing nursing diagnoses, establishing care objectives, and providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends. You will work with an average ratio of 1 RN to 7-8 patients, allowing for meaningful patient-focused care. The position features a 100% self-schedule model with varied shifts (72 hours every 2 weeks), including a rotation of every third weekend and holiday.
