Accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC), this center is dedicated to providing compassionate, multidisciplinary, and coordinated care for all breast patients. You will partner with breast cancer patients and their families through the entire continuum of care, including prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
In this role, you will provide patient education and coordinate care for individuals diagnosed with breast cancer or other breast conditions. You will collaborate within a diverse multidisciplinary team comprising genetic counselors, breast surgeons, plastic surgeons, medical oncologists, radiologists, radiation oncologists, and advanced practice providers. Your work will involve using targeted assessment skills to evaluate patients during visits and via telephone triage.
You will work at two locations: University Hospital, a Magnet®-designated facility and a leading teaching institution, and Eastpark Medical Center, a state-of-the-art ambulatory facility home to women's complex care, adult cancer care, and innovative clinical trials.
