About the Role
This position is located within the Nephrology PCU (5EAST) at Roper Hospital, operating on a night shift schedule. In this role, you will deliver patient care by utilizing the nursing process, from data collection and assessment to evaluating the outcomes of nursing interventions. You will serve as a vital point of contact for care coordination across hospital departments, working in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement plans of care.
Beyond clinical duties, you will act as a patient safety advocate by participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Your approach will be grounded in a compassionate, relationship-based philosophy, helping patients find meaning amidst illness and suffering while integrating evidence-based practices and research into daily care delivery.
