About the Role

As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process to address the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and religious needs of patients and their families. You will direct and lead assigned team members while collaborating with a multidisciplinary group to deliver age-appropriate care that adheres to MUSC standards.

Your day will involve creating a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment by ensuring patient privacy and maintaining respectful, professional behavior. You will coordinate the effective delivery of patient care services, identifying clinical priorities to improve outcomes. This role requires active participation in shared governance, peer review, and the promotion of a healthy work environment, all while demonstrating accountability for your actions and critical thinking.

Schedule and Location

This is a regular, full-time position scheduled for 36 hours per week. The role operates on a night shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and includes every other weekend. The position is based at the CC005485 LBH - Adult Inpatient cost center.
