We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania. This position supports patients in Turtle Creek and surrounding areas, delivering care that aligns with our mission to enhance the quality and consistency of patient care.
As a Hospice RN, you will partner with a team-based environment to manage and deliver patient care plans. The role involves self-managing your time and schedule while ensuring critical deadlines for charting are met. You will utilize company-provided tablets and smartphones with 24/7/365 IT support to facilitate your work, spending approximately 20% of your day driving to and from patient locations.
