About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health RN to join our team in Manatee County. In this role, you will deliver individualized, high-quality care directly in patients' homes across Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria Island, and surrounding areas. You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic support, helping patients recover and maintain independence while receiving the dignity and kindness they deserve.
As a PRN clinician, you will manage a flexible schedule of 10-15+ home health visits per week. While the role offers manageable caseloads and the potential for growth into full-time positions as the market expands, it also requires participation in weekend and holiday on-call rotations to ensure continuous patient support.
