About the Role
You became a nurse to care for people, not to rush through a shift. As a Private Duty Registered Nurse Case Manager in Fort Wayne, Indiana, you will focus on one patient and family at a time. This role is designed for nurses who seek autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships.
In this position, you will oversee and coordinate care for patients receiving in-home private duty services.
