- check_circleTake appropriate nursing actions based on assessments to achieve expected clinical outcomes
- check_circleProvide care utilizing infection control measures that protect staff and patients per OSHA standards
- check_circleMaintain professional knowledge by participating in educational programs and skill evaluations
- check_circleContinuously observe and assess patient conditions and report changes to supervisors or physicians
- check_circleProvide and document skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- check_circleEducate patients and families regarding disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies
- check_circleRecognize changes in patient needs and implement interventions to prevent or reduce risks
- check_circleParticipate in implementing and updating individualized nursing care plans
Requirements
- verifiedActive, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- verifiedCurrent CPR certification
- verifiedCurrent TB skin test (within 12 months)
- verifiedReliable transportation
- verifiedGraduate of accredited school of nursing
- verifiedSouth Carolina: 1 year pediatrics experience
- verifiedCalifornia: 1 year experience under nursing license
- verifiedLouisiana: 1 year licensed nurse experience
Nice to Have
Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting. Home health experience.
