About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Rehab/Subacute department, you will carry out our mission by delivering high-quality care to residents in the assigned area. You will function as a shift Charge Nurse as assigned, overseeing care delivery and the completion of nursing tasks by RNs, LPNs, and GNAs. Your day will involve performing clinical rounds to ensure patient safety and comfort, conducting resident assessments upon admission, and maintaining accurate clinical records. You will also administer medications and treatments according to regulations, transcribe physician orders, and facilitate seamless communication between shifts during walking rounds.
We are seeking dedicated, caring team members willing to commit to our values. This is a Full-Time Evening Shift position (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM). We are also hiring for PRN and Part-Time roles in Skilled/Long Term Care.
