You will facilitate the delivery of professional, specialized nursing care related to IV therapy and enteral nutrition, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients across Mission, Mission member hospitals, and other organizations where our services are provided.
Your day will involve utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide care, education, and teaching related to vascular access needs. You will perform critical interventions, including the placement of enteral feeding tubes using electronic systems and the management of central venous catheters. Experience in data collection and measuring outcomes for all vascular access procedures and enteral feeding tube procedures. Masters in Nursing. Cortrak training course for inserting enteral feeding tubes. National Certification VA-BC (Vascular Access Board Certification) or CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion).
