This position is based at the UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital within the HRH Cath Lab. As a Cardiac Interventional Radiographer, you will independently perform imaging, diagnostic, and interventional procedures to diagnose and treat cardiac and/or vascular conditions. Operating within the organization's policies, values, and mission, you will act as a subject matter expert providing board-certified level care without direct supervision.
In this fast-paced environment, you will assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac and vascular interventional procedures. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, educating them on equipment and exams to ensure understanding, and continuously monitoring patient status. You will also be responsible for analyzing imaging results, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and implementing safety and quality control standards.
