About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the Pulmonary MS unit, you will be the cornerstone of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role exists to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes and patient experiences by embodying our organization's mission and values. You will collaborate closely with medical providers and the care team to deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.

Your day will involve assessing patient conditions during admission and throughout each shift, promptly identifying changes in status, and acting as a vital advocate for patients, families, and caregivers. You will administer medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and perform procedures as ordered, ensuring thorough documentation. A key part of your mission is education: translating complex medical terminology to help patients and families understand their conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures. You will proactively anticipate needs and resolve patient requests to provide exceptional care.
