About the Role
We are seeking a passionate nursing leader to serve as a Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Manager for our home health division. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations and patient care services, leading with compassion and driving excellence. This position exists to ensure high-quality care delivery while fostering a culture of morale and retention among clinical staff. You will be the bridge between patient needs and agency capabilities, ensuring that every admission is evaluated carefully and that care plans are executed with precision.

Requirements
- verifiedActive, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
