About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be the heart of our clinical operations, providing direct, compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing environment. This role exists to ensure resident safety and quality of life through vigilant monitoring, accurate medication administration, and responsive care to changes in status. You will collaborate closely with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote a unified approach to patient well-being. A key part of your day involves communicating effectively with residents and their families regarding care needs and documenting all interactions to meet rigorous clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
