As a Registered Nurse, you will be an important member of our interdisciplinary team, delivering quality nursing care through direct interpersonal contact. Your mission is to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in strict accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
In this role, you will evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans dynamically based on changes in a patient's condition. A key part of your daily responsibilities involves providing clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), ensuring a cohesive and high-standard care environment.
