About the Role

Located at the Avera Cancer Institute in Mitchell, this Clinic Manager position is responsible for the comprehensive day-to-day operations of the clinic. The role serves as a bridge between nursing, the business office, and medical staff relations, ensuring the facility operates efficiently and cost-effectively while upholding the organization's mission and values.

In this role, you will manage financial oversight, staffing plans, and service offerings. You will work closely with leadership to prepare budgets, identify operational challenges, and recommend facility improvements. A key aspect of the position involves maintaining open, professional communication with providers and ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies. Additionally, you will provide nursing services on an as-needed basis to support the clinic's needs.

Location and Schedule

This is a regular position based at the Avera Cancer Institute in Mitchell, United States. The work shift is primarily during the day, with possible requirements for weekends, evenings, and holidays to meet operational needs.
