About the Role
This position is responsible for the comprehensive day-to-day operations of the clinic, bridging the gap between nursing care, business management, and medical staff relations. You will serve as a key leader in ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
In this role, you will manage financial operations, oversee staffing plans, and coordinate with leadership on business planning and facility improvements. A significant part of your day involves analyzing operational data to identify and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies, and fostering open, professional communication with providers. You will also play a vital role in cultivating a positive clinic atmosphere by managing employee development, resolving administrative problems, and upholding Avera's CARE standards (Communication, Attitude, Responsiveness, and Engagement).
