You will serve as a vital advocate for patient safety and comfort, ensuring adherence to infection prevention and quality standards. Your day-to-day impact involves continuously monitoring patient status, recognizing changes in condition, and communicating effectively with physicians and advanced practice providers to coordinate seamless care. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support, precept, and mentor new nurses, students, and support staff as requested.
