About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Sheffield Nursing and Rehab, you will join an experienced, hard-working team that values communication and strong teamwork abilities. This role offers the opportunity to use your nursing skills and become a leader in a critical thinking environment. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing nursing care, services, and health education for our nursing home guests. Your day will involve supervising the care provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other team members, ensuring safe medication interventions, and assessing guest health to notify physicians of changes in status. You will also contribute to guest assessments and the development of comprehensive plans of care.
