Located in Grand Island, NE, this role is more than just checking off procedures; you will be the ultimate health guardian, watching over the people we support to ensure they are safe, thriving, and living their best lives.\n You will provide essential, daily clinical care under the supportive guidance of our Director of Nursing. This includes medication administration, tube feedings, taking vitals, and collecting specimens. Beyond the clinical tasks, you will serve as a thoughtful mediator, a collaborative teammate, and a natural advocate. You will be the bridge between the individuals we support and their broader care teams, offering reassurance and a warm smile every day. Your role involves coordinating external healthcare visits, spotting changes in condition quickly, and empowering Med Aides and support staff through education on infection control and medication administration.

We offer a unique schedule designed for work-life balance. This is a full-time, day-shift role with 8-hour shifts. There are absolutely no weekends and no on-call requirements.
