Whether you are a seasoned Registered Nurse (RN) or a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), this role offers a dynamic environment in Grand Island, NE. You will provide essential, daily clinical care under the supportive guidance of our Director of Nursing. But this position is more than just checking off procedures; you are the ultimate health guardian, watching over the people we support to ensure they are safe, thriving, and living their best lives.
In this role, you will be the bridge between the individuals we serve and their broader care teams. You will offer reassurance, a warm smile, and the empathy needed to diffuse stressful situations. Your day will involve coordinating care, spotting changes in condition quickly, and empowering others by training Med Aides and support staff on crucial topics like infection control. You will build deeply rewarding, therapeutic relationships that last long after your shift ends.
We offer a schedule designed for work-life balance. This is a full-time, day-shift position with 8-hour shifts. There are absolutely no weekends and no on-call requirements.
