As a Registered Nurse at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center, you will be the front-line representative of the patient care team, often serving as the intermediary between the patient and family, the providers, and other care team members. You will provide quality nursing services by working collaboratively to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
This role is designed for those who embrace patient- and family-centered care. You will listen to concerns, probe in-depth to understand needs, and respond in a timely manner. Beyond direct care, you will serve as an educational resource for patients and families on health-related issues, while actively participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting shared governance through service on councils or sponsored activities.
