We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who values being a leader, working in a progressive environment, and having opportunities to grow in their career. Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, ADON, or DON, you will assume responsibility and accountability for a group of residents for a shift of duty. Your nursing care will be provided through the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
In this role, you will adhere to the standards of care for the area, manage the environment to maintain resident safety, and supervise the care activity performance by nursing assistants and helpers. You will follow all North Shore policies and procedures, perform duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act, and adhere to applicable JCAHO standards.
