As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Willowcrest, you will assume responsibility and accountability for a group of residents during your shift. This role is designed for those who value teamwork, accountability, and pride in their work. You will provide nursing care through the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of each resident's plan of care.
Your day-to-day involves managing the environment to ensure resident safety and supervising the care activities performed by nursing assistants and helpers. You will adhere to all North Shore policies, procedures, and the State Nurse Practice Act, while following applicable JCAHO standards.
