North Shore Healthcare is dedicated to establishing a culture that reinforces the values necessary to be the premier health services provider and employer in each of the communities we serve. We understand that choosing where you want to go in your career is a big decision, and we want to show you that North Shore Healthcare is the right choice.
As a Registered Nurse on our Day NOC shift, you will assume responsibility and accountability for a group of residents under the supervision of the Unit Manager, ADON, or DON. Your work goes beyond clinical tasks; you will provide nursing care through the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of each resident's plan of care. You will manage the environment to ensure safety and supervise the care activities performed by nursing assistants and helpers.
We are looking for an RN with an active license and a genuine heart for elder care. While skilled nursing experience is preferred, we believe that passion and attitude matter most. If you value teamwork, accountability, and pride in your work, you will thrive here. We welcome new graduates and provide the training and support needed to succeed.
If you're ready to work somewhere you're known, supported, and appreciated—not just scheduled—we'd love to meet you. We strive to create an environment where you can relate positively and effectively with residents, families, community members, and fellow staff.
To apply, please submit your application highlighting your active RN license and CPR certification. We look for candidates who can demonstrate basic computer knowledge and the ability to use necessary medical equipment, such as feeding pumps and medication carts.
North Shore Healthcare is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring that our culture reflects the communities we serve.
