This Registered Nurse position is a full-time opportunity working Baylor shifts. The role requires working 36 weekend hours (12-hour shifts) while being paid for a standard 40-hour work week. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, you will utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. Your day will involve planning, coordinating, and providing patient care, including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and teaching patients and families for post-hospitalization needs.
