St. David's Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Resident to join our state-of-the-art Neurological unit. In this position, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to complex neuro patients while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams. This role is designed for nurses eager to build advanced clinical skills in a supportive environment.
As part of our dedicated RN residency program, you will receive structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing education. This initiative ensures you are well-equipped to handle the unique demands of neurological care, from acute assessments to patient and family education. Candidates must hold an active Texas RN license or a compact RN license and possess BLS certification. ACLS certification is preferred or must be obtained within a set timeframe.
